Wire manager

E Series Horizontal Wire Managers are engineered to make installation and rework of cables faster and easier, expediting installation and rework of cables on a standard 19” rack. Extra-wide spacing between fingers and smooth edges allows for easy routing of cable bundles, and built-in bend radius control maintains a 1” minimum bend radius, which increases transmission reliability. Multiple mounting slots on the sides of the wire managers permit easier alignment on the rack and faster installation. Increased depth on the rear wire managers provides more clearance between the rack and manager for large cable bundles, and the sloped design of the rear wire manager maintains room for cable bundles and ensures easier access to punch-down patch panels during installation and rework. Available in 1U and 2U front and rear managers, the wire managers provide flexibility for all applications.

Trunk cable assemblies

The Plug & Play Universal System Integrated Trunk Module is a trunk cable stored in a module and pulled out and deployed to meet length requirements, so precise pre-planning of cable is not required. The module eliminates one mated pair in the channel link, resulting in lower system link loss. The module features a quick-release cable tray, which tilts out for easy access. Excess cable slack is stored in the module for efficient cable management.

Cabinet enclosures

Optima EPS cabinets employ gaskets with a soft foam core and a mesh nickel-plated nylon exterior, with a tin-plated copper gasket tape on the door forming a tighter seal for both EMI and cooling considerations. The attenuation level is designed for a minimum 60DB at 500 MHz. The M-, R- and S-series cabinets are available in a range of standard sizes, with extensive choices of top, bottom, side panel, base, door and color options.
